She uses all of the attachments and it does an incredible job. The versatility and the ease of use make this a great addition for deep cleaning or everyday cleaning.At least it’s an upgrade from her broom. 🙃

So far, I've used all the attachments and both the handheld and standing mop with great success. I like that the pads for the standing mop attach via Velcro. The carpet glider was really useful for steaming a rug that had some spills. I use the handheld to clean my glass shower doors and my gas stove top and grates. While I like the point of the mop head for getting in corners, it would have been nice for the sides to be straight in order to quickly slide against a sidewall but they are not which is a minor inconvenience. All in all, happy with the mop/cleaner so far!

Cleans well

The little I’ve used the same or so far I meant very happy with it. The only thing that I think is, the reserve tank is a little small and Hass to be filled often. It is lightweight and use.

Update 7/2024- in the beginning the steamer mop was done however after 5 months, I had problems. I have had to receive 5 replacement parts so far for the steamer. I was sent a new mop body on 4/2024 and in 7/2024, it failed again. The plastic plug is so cheap it had to be replaced twice. This iis a piece of junk and a waste of money. I don’t know if there is a lemon law for appliances, if so, this would qualify.This steamer does exactly what it says it will do. It’s a great cleaner and the attachment s are great. However, my problem is how flimsy it is. I am so afraid the handle will break if you put touch pressure on it. This would be a great item to purchase for $80, but for the price the seller is charging, it’s not worth it. I would recommend you definitely get the Amazon protection plan. I definitely want a steamer, but this one isn’t you to par yet, so I will return it.It was a big mistake not having a strap. I tried to clean cabinets and trying to hold the attachment in one hand the the steamer in the other hand was extremely awkward.

I enjoy most tasks. However, I find cleaning ceiling fans to be particularly challenging. Nevertheless, I successfully completed the task.

It doesn’t work like the infomercial. It leaves water pooling no matter the heat setting and really bad streaming on floors Doesn’t clean like it shows or says to.

I love it. It is so easy to use and picks up dirt great. One floor was quite dirty so I had to clean the pad very soon. I now have three extra pads. I thought it was hard to push at first , but that was becasue my floor was so dirty. The pads do fill up fast, but once i get the floors clean and use the steamer ofter, it should work very well.

Dopo 10 anni il vecchio H20 ci ha lasciati per un cortocircuito ma eravamo talmente soddisfatti del prodotto che non ci abbiamo pensato troppo per acquistarne uno nuovo. Prodotto maneggevole, versatile, facile da usare sia per il lavaggio dei pavimenti che per l'uso del vapore per la pulizia delle fughe delle piastrelle e per igienizzare. Costo competitivo rispetto ad altri prodotti molto meno versatili
