Can’t tell what the buzz about
It has a rather strange shape and while on my back u feel a bit relief on the neck, however it is more on the “too soft” side making it squishy more than my personal preference

At first, this pillow felt a little unusual compared with a traditional pillow, so it took me a few nights to get used to the shape. After that adjustment period, I started to really appreciate it. The support for the neck feels natural, and it stays very stable throughout the night. What surprised me most is how calm and quiet my sleep feels now. My head and neck stay in a comfortable position, and I’m able to fall into deeper sleep more easily. If you’re considering this pillow, I would recommend giving it a few nights to adjust—the comfort becomes much more noticeable after that.

The most authentic quality ergo pillow on the market HOMCA brand - had much denser memory foam that all the other knock offs, and also is much larger, and has 2 sides that can be used - the sloping side for side sleep (as well as on your back) but the other side has one long raised rib that is also very versatile as it offers a slightly higher neck support ridge than the other side with sloping edge...one can decide which side feels more supportive, comfortable and pain free sleeping or resting...
