Fosmon Low Voltage Mounting Bracket (2 Gang) [Mounting Screws Included] for Telephone Wires, Network Cables, HDMI, Coaxial, & Speaker Cables

Bracket worked great, nice and solid. The plate I bought (Forman 2-gang banana plug plate) fit right in. Just like a lot of these plates, the plastic for the plate screws is slightly smaller than the screw so that the screw taps it’s threads in, so don’t get discouraged if it’s a little tough at first.Also, friendly advice, use a drywall jab saw, especially one like the J-style that can fit on a Dremel oscillating tool, it cuts through like butter and is worth the cost in the amount of time it saves you and the quality of the cut. The worst thing that can happen is to accidentally cut outside the plate area, causing an ugly scar on your wall.

Works very well for holding everything in place. Is quite large though so be careful when cutting out your drywall. Easy to cut too far!

Keep in mind that if you have a Fosmon 2 gang 5.1 surround panel to go into this bracket, the screws integrate the plug gans and the face plate with the same screws, so it will not fit into the inner holes of this bracket, only the outer slots, and the outer slots will not hold those screws. So I had to use two separate longer course thread screws, drilled top and bottom pilot holes in the face plate itslef, and then screwed on the assembled panel onto the bracket, thus screwing into the bracket face in the middle at the top and bottom, and then into the drywall. That did the trick for me, but this is pathetic and not what I bought it for, will not buy again, unless you find it otherwise. A Fosmon panel needs to fit into the Fosman bracket, DUH!

Availability of the Dual Gang wall adapter was not found at the local hardware store and was needed to complete my project.

Great product. I installed single gang mud rings, unaware that a 2 gang would be necessary. This product saved me from needing a 2 gang mud ring and having to do drywall and paint work after its installation

Just like I wanted great lvm

It went in, with no muss, no fuss and the wall plate is now properly mounted...
