I’ve purchased this product a few times over the years after traveling internationally and returning with a bad stomach. This product has helped me so much, usually quickly and puts me back to normal! I would totally recommend this product!!

Ok, this is a pretty serious review for me. I was first introduced to these by a GI specialist at Johns Hopkins, yup THE Johns Hopkins. 3 courses of mainline digestive antibiotics had not worked for my SIBO. So I started on these about 4 a day, spread out, to marginal effect. Another doctor recommended them as well but, given my particularly bad SIBO test results, said to increase the dosage. 6 a day (that's a lot) in two doses for several weeks actually cured my SIBO. It came back once or twice and the same prescription knocked it out again and it's been months now without issue. 1.5 years and many many expensive medications and it seems this one got it down. These are for real. Note that I also took Designs for Health HcL supplement as well and so that may have helped too. Very thankful I'm doing so well now.

A nutritionist put me on this after me struggling with and failing to help my ‘bad gut’ for like 20 years. I took this and a few other - monolaurin avail, betacine, black radish, repairvite, megaspore probiotic and psyllium for months and I’ve never felt better. After years of doctors just shrugging and telling me to take fiber this was part of the solution to address the issue- low production of stomach acid.

After a gastrointestinal bug I was having IBS like symptoms and unwarranted weight gain. I tried everything including calorie restrictive diet, thyroid check, probiotics, diuretics, etc. nutritionist was my last choice. Long story short I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) that produces IBS-like symptoms. I was cautious about a “supplement” helping. I am taking 3 pills 3x per day WITH strict adherence to the FODMAP diet for the elimination phase (apparently these kill the bad bacteria in the small intestine). I was not to take probiotics, Metamucil, or anything else that interferes with gut flora. It is the only thing that worked IF you avoid foods high on the Fodmap. I am still in the elimination phase of this condition but having some relief has been very welcome.

The mild flavor reminds me of blank walnut leaves. Not objectionable, just not obviously a "oh I should eat this" flavor. This seems to be able to calm my GI tract when taken with glutamine during an IBS flare when things get out of hand. For that alone, I am thankful.
