SEVEN WONDERS ELECTRONICS who fulfilled the delivery to the order I made and they will never let you down for any inquiries and if in case there will be an issue occur in between. I received the item within two days and the replacement within 24 hours, THAT QUICK. I was talking with Mr. Ali for replacement and to any other concerns. I highly recommend the provider stated above, they are the best after Amazon. The TV is good its just like I got Android one, instead of Web Os, both are good but all of us has different preferences so I chose Web Os which was the original order I made. JVC 82 inches is kinda cinematic experience if you are a movie lover. NOTE: Please check who’s the provider of your orders if they are trustworthy or will respond asap on your concerns because I had very bad experience with Sharaf Dg very poor customer service. Thank you.

Quality is not good
Wireless didn't work for me at all, only Lan. TV's built in button doesn't work when holding, lots of light leak on the edges, horrible speakers. Lack of settings. And also it is extremely slow. Issued a refund.

Affordable mid-quality smart UHD TV
Overall quality and performance is not bad. I can’t seem to find some of the features mentioned in description. Netflix on Playstore does not work.

Bought the 50" for AED949 which is a great price. Works perfectly. was a bit unsure if this will be a 4K TV, but delivered as described. I prefer Samsung's menu and user interface but cannot complain comparing the price. 11 months usage: the screen started to develop horizontal lines and it is increasing. Need to fix through warranty.

The value is worth,it’s really good working for me ,4K clarity and only the problem with audio is not upto the mark

Dissapointed
It was workinf fine only for a few days..We only used it for 2 days. And since were back to work on monday until thursday we havent got a chance to watch movies or anything. Until friday morning when my partner tried to open it so he can play youtube, it wont open anymore. We even change the battery of the remote and we also tried another sacket, thinking it might be the sacket but still the same. Its really disappointing coz its weekend and we dont have TV to used. As we already gave our old tv to our friend.

Device kept freezing while in operation. I was able to confirm it was the device itself as the issue occurred not only when in a specific application but no matter what was being done on th television at the time.
