[Why I Bought It] As I've gotten older (40s), my recovery time after workouts has slowed down. I added this Glutamine to my stack specifically for muscle recovery and gut health support. [Quality & Mixability] - Pharmaceutical Grade: Working in the biotech industry, I appreciate that this is tested and pure. No fillers. - Micronized: This is the best feature. The powder is so fine it dissolves instantly in cold water or protein shakes. There is zero grit at the bottom of the shaker. - Taste: It is truly unflavored. It doesn't change the taste of my BCAA or protein drink at all. [Effectiveness] I take one scoop (5g) post-workout. I’ve noticed a definite reduction in muscle soreness (DOMS) the next day. It’s also very gentle on the stomach—actually helps with digestion. [Verdict] The 400g tub lasts a long time (about 80 servings). If you want a no-nonsense, high-quality glutamine that isn't sandy or gritty, this is the one to get.

I take this with my prework out so I cannot attest for the taste or performance. I'm someone that like to see scientific results and there isn't too much backing this stuff up but psychologically it may work. I started taking this about 4 months in to my working out regime. I did notice less soreness but could just be my workout regime has not been intense enough. Overall I would recommend it as an affordable supplement.

I didn't notice a significant difference when I started taking it but I stop taking for a couple of weeks and noticed that some days I get bloated when eating after excercise and it seems that it takes a bit longer for me to recover. It is not a huge difference without it but it definitely helps, especially in those cases when you need to do some endurance workout or be ready for the next day.
