Italeri 2506 Beaker 1: 32 Scale Lockheed F 35 Lighting II Aircraft

This is my first Italeri 1/32 scale model, so far so good with the quality and detail on the mould. Tamiya has always been my go to for 1/32 fighter jets but now I will definitely add Italeri.

Awesome, the model is fantastic very detailed. I received it quickly, Brand new in the box with original clear rap. I perfect shape.

Lots of nice detail in the moulding. Easy size to build.

The F-35A is among the best of the 5th gen of fighters with all the bells and whistles. The Italeiri version has many of the same items in detail and is a lot of work. The weapons bay is where most of the work is done but the cockpit is simplified. The intake trunking flows nicely into the engine intake and the whole thing fits nicely into the lower fuselage. Included is a complete jet engine which is invisble once the fuselage is sealed. The bang seat is molded well and the controls have decals overlays too. The weapons selection is appropriate for the plane and includes AIM 9X, AIM 120 and JDAMS for the internal bay. The kit also includes six hard points for the optional weapons you supply. Considering the export efforts of the design the model in 1/32 will be a success too. Not recommended for novices or those with limited space for display.

Not an easy kit to build but so enjoyable. Not for a beginner but well recommended
