Jelly Roll Baking Pan and Bakeable Cooling Rack, Nonstick Commercial Quality

I use this pan a lot. Chief selling points: 1) Made in USA, family-owned company. 2) Slightly larger (about 10 x 14) than a standard quarter-sheet baking pan (9 x 13). 3) Silicone coating for easier clean-up. 4) Custom-fit, grid-style, silicone-coated baking-cooling rack. 5) Ribbed bottom, which works well at draining away fat. 6) Affordability. This baking pan is aluminum-coated stainless steel so it is heavier and sturdier that an all-aluminum one. In my experience, it does develop patina (stainage) from usage but there are products & home remedies out there if you must have your pan sparkly silver at all times. It doesn't matter to me. I was glad to finally discard my all-aluminum, made-in-Chin@ Martha Stewart pan which served me well but was getting tough to clean. It was also developing a metallic odor when using. I bought this to cook all the foods I want crispy all around. I love USA Pans. I’ve been replacing all my pans with them. They are totally non stick. Heavier weight for even cooking. You need to hand wash to preserve the non stick. But don’t let that discourage you. It’s supper easy and quick with just a swipe of a sponge or nylon scrubber. Nothing sticks! The grid is sturdier than most. There is support in the middle that keeps it from sagging in the middle. I am such a fan of USA Pans. They are not expensive. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed, in fact you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality.

A relative recommended this item and I was so happy she did. I can heat pizza on the rack without having the cheese drop down to the bottom of the oven. The chicken gets done more evenly. Very easy to clean and a heavy quality pan, very sturdy!

I expected a jelly roll pan to be larger and I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions written in the description this is a very shallow small pan.

I’ve come to expect excellent quality from USA Pans and this one doesn’t disappoint.

I use this pan to cook bacon in the oven. Cooks it great and effortlessly. Easy clean up with no sticking!! Great buy!!

USA Pan is my new favorite supplier for kitchen pans. Unlike stainless steel or aluminum pans, these steel pans don't warp! I like the addition of the rack insert, and they're very easy to clean due to the non stick coating. I bought the jelly roll pan because the dimensions were slightly larger than the quart sheet pan. Worth the money!

We are very happy with this. We have used this a number of times since it arrived and it is sturdy, easy to clean (we hand wash it) and fits our small oven. It roasts vegetables nicely and I never thought the rack/grill would come in handy but we have used it for chicken strips, calamari and breakfast sausages so far. I would definitely recommend it and I would buy it again!
