I haven’t done much barbecuing until recently, but it’s the time of year to start practicing. I’m not very good, but I’m working on It every weekend. I’ve always loved the taste of smoked meats so I figured I’d start to play around with doing it myself. I had previously inherited a smoker box for our grill, but I didn’t have much luck with the wood chips that came with it. It was a cheap old bag, which was probably most of the issue. I figured I’d give it a shot again, but with much nicer wood chips this time.I found this set, and honestly, I loved the look of the packaging. I also loved the combination of chips in the set without having to dish out a ton of money.The mesquite chips are my favorite so far, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them. Smoked meat just tastes better, need I say more?

I originally ordered this as a fathers day present...but I am not going to lie, I KEPT IT!We live with a garlic and onion allergy (sad, I know) so we are always looking for ways to embed flavor into our BBQ meals, so many rubs include those ingredients so it is always a challenge. We were able to get a lovely smoke flavor from the variety of chips. I love that I can mix them into my own flavors and use it on my basic charcoal grill! Easy and convenient.Now to order one more to actually give dad! At least I know he will love it.PS - you don't even need to wrap it, its basically already gift wrapped in its awesome package.

I am thrilled that my Smoking Chips Sampler Pack has arrived! I opened the boxes and am very pleased with the quality of the product. On the back of the box there are recipes that you can use with each flavor of wood chips. I am so excited to try the beef brisket rub with the wild oak wood chips. It is barbecue season and I can't wait to have friends over for delicious, smoky beef brisket!

Love the sampler pack! The recipes are delicious with complex flavors but still simple to make with just a few ingredients required. Packaging is very cute and a perfect gift for friends that love to grill!

I got this as a gift from my wife, along with the bigger set and it is awesome. It's the perfect starter set to start smoking on the grill for beginners, and I love how it gave me a variety of flavors to try -- it's amazing how they are so different! Such a fun thing to do and it's definitely got me hooked on smoking. Highly recommend this, and I want to get this and their bigger set as a gift for my own Dad on fathers day.

I've been a lifelong gas grill** aficionado but finally decided to step up my game and am SO happy I did!! The mesquite chips added a marked and delicious flavor to my flank steak and chicken thighs...I'm never going back to chip-less grilling :)**Note: if you have a gas grill either buy a smoker box or you can rig one up with tin foil.
