Descanso para los ojos fuera dolor de cabeza
La reduccion de luz brillante de los monitores. Yo utilizo cuatro monitores como analista de diseño y trabajo con los cuatro monitores a la vez para estar comparando y los cambios de luz de monitor me provocaban dolor de cabeza y algunas veces hasta mareos. Tambien al final del dia sentia una fatiga visual que me provocaban distorcion de los colores.

Occhiali di buona qualità mi piace il vetro,attenzione che sono abbastanza scuri(arancione) a me non da fastidio però per chi non è abituato bisogna farci l abitudine,comunque fate lunghe sessioni al pc specie di notte,li consiglio ma da alternare a quelli col 65 percento di protezione (meno giallo filtro) stessa marca,o almeno io faccio cosi.
