It's is very useful It's save water and electricity. Value for money. Ease of installation.

I bought the controller in July2022 and got it installed by a local electrician during Aug2022. Within 6 months, the sensors got rusted and the controller stopped working in Jan2023. When I tried to switch the controller to Manual mode, I realized that the manual mode does not work and the power used to trip. I had not tested this earlier when the controller was installed in Aug2022. I got the sensors replaced locally to restore the auto mode working. I got the wiring checked again by the electrician to reconfirm that he has done the wiring as per recommendations and was told by the electrician that perhaps the controller is not designed for manual mode working which is making the power trip whenever I tried to put the controller in manual mode and power on the controller. Request guidance from the manufacturer on how I can isolate the fault to restore manual mode working of the controller. Thanks Srinivasa, Bangalore

Sump sensors are working but Over head tank sensors suddenly stopped working now i am using it in Fully manual

I bought 3 different models based on the switch of the motor. Good support. They have a WhatsApp number and very helpful support.***However, I did contact the support team before i bought this switch.Each motor switch is different. So based on the motor's switch you would need to buy the automatic switch. It is best to contact the support team and provide them with the photo of the switch and the connection diagram of the switch. That's what I did. and then they provided me with the amazon link to the automatic switch for my motor's starter switch and also instructed me on how the connection for my switch should be. I followed their instructions and got it working fine.***

I have it installed to my capacitor-based water pump starter, and it by far works perfectly without a single hiccup and it also comes with perfectly labelled and laid out instructions. Can ask for more at this price. Wonderfull product.
