They work great!

These test strips seem to work much better and are far more accurate than other amazon ones. The cheap bulk 6, 7 or more in one tests always seem to be all over the place and don't align with my pool company testing. These are a bit more expensive but a 50 pack will last thru the full season - vs throwing away half after 90 days with the larger packs. They are easy to read, the colors stand out and they are consistently accurate for my pool. Highly recommend!

My late wife discovered these a couple of years ago. I haven't used anything else since. As a matter of fact, I chucked my old-fashioned test kit with dropper bottles. How archaic. These are ridiculously simple. You get results for chlorine, total alkalinity, pH, and stabilizer. I was never able to test for stabilizer with the old test kit. No more dipping, counting drops, swirling, etc. Do as I did - get these and toss your old test kit. You'll thank me!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Trying to find a good chlorine tester has been a struggle. I spent a lot of money on test trips and this one seems to be pretty accurate. He can’t be difficult sometimes however to read as the water runs onto the other pads, making the color to run. It gives a decent average as what I need to do for my hot tub. I do like it. It’s quick but you only get 50 per container so a bit pricey. Overall, to stay safe, it works.

These are the easiest way to test your pool water. They are very easy to read the results. they test your pool water for alkalinity, chlorine,PH and stabilizer. The shelf life on these is about 1-2 years. They come with 50 strips. These give you the correct reading too. i also bought a kit that tests for the same thing but with many different liquid drops you have to use and they both gave the same readings. It helps keep your water clarity clear.

I use these in a hot tub. Maintaining chemical balance is mission-critical, so testing lets me make sure there is enough chlorine, Ph is balanced, etc. I use these at least once a week when the tub isn't being used much. If the tub is being used daily, I test the water every few days (more often if I have to adjust the chemicals in the tub). I have tried other strips, some of which have more tests on the strip. I find that they can be confusing, with results that are beyond what I think are necessary for a hot tub that is being used by only one or two people. (I'm not a chemist.) I use chlorine regularly, but other chemicals for raising or lowering Ph, clarifying, etc. are rarely necessary in my tub. I find that if the chemicals get seriously out-of-whack, the only real solution is to empty and refill the tub, so it is vital to check the chemicals regularly to avoid having to drain and refill the tub. These strips provide enough information for keeping the water healthy.
