A very good product
I having using it for a year now. This really a nice webcam. The focus is really good. It does pretty much all the function that a midrange webcam supposed to do. Good value for money.

Rs. 10K webcam failed after just 2 years 8 months
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The webcam stopped working completely after 2 years and 8 months, despite being used only occasionally for video calls. For a product that costs ₹10,000, I expected far better durability. The warranty covers only 1.5 years, which feels unreasonably short for a premium device in this category. It’s frustrating that a high-priced webcam has a shorter lifespan than cheaper alternatives. Would not recommend unless Anker improves quality and after-sales support.

Faulty product delivered and replacement is being pushed out every day
I received this and it simply would not connect. I downloaded their software, restarted my laptop multiple times, tried multiple ports and even different cables. Amazon convinced me to go for a replacement of the same. Since then, they have been updating (pushing out) the delivery date every day and have not even picked up the item
