The insoles can be trimmed to the exact shape of your shoe, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum comfort. I have been using it for almost a month now and the dynamic arch support system proved to be efficient on helping to distribute weight evenly across the foot, reducing stress and strain on the feet, ankles and knees. Overall, I would highly recommend it. 10/10 Review: But these are terrific. Very keen lifelong trainee here, flat footed means finding shoes / insoles has been a long, long mission. These do a great job of adapting non-stability shoes to be/feel more supportive. The best thing about them (low profile here btw) is that you don't really feel them unless they're needed. For a while I wasn't sure they were doing anything at all. After years of having huge midfoot posts pressing into my arch and causing blisters, these are only there when you need them. Very good indeed.

Perfect fit. I have very flat feet and I noticed a huge difference on my very first run. My feet didnt hurt after anymore

These work extremely well and instead of replacing my pricey walking/running shoes I just replaced the removable insole with these. Good-bye foot pain. I feel like I'm wearing new shoes again.
