WOW! These are way better than expected! We ordered these for cousin Christmas gifts. They turned out lovely. So thankful to be able to order a cool gift for the cousins that wasn't terribly expensive and is super cool for the teens and tweens. Impressive, good quality and very bright.

Not sure who’s making these signs, I think they’re in china maybe? But!! Let me tell you, from my experience, the product you receive in exchange for the price they charge, is a very very good deal. I’ve bought led products before that were super cheap feeling, poorly designed, and just crappy. But when I ordered the red “Xavier” sign for our soon to be son, I was so excited when it came in and I hung it on his wall, that I ordered another for my daughter and gave it to her today, on Christmas. I allowed plenty of time, for both orders, for manufacturing and delivery. And both times, they arrived literal weeks before they were supposed to be here. So that’s nice and refreshing! First order. 24” red “Xavier,” with the optional remote. Flawless. No issues. Installed some time this fall. (He was born mid October, hung this sign when I was building his nursery) Second order. 24” blue “Taylor,” in a more “girly” font for our 13 year old daughter. Same ease of install. Same excellent packaging. Same fast / early shipping. Same end result with a bright blue sign that she absolutely loves. She told us how much she liked her little brother’s sign once I got it hung in his nursery. So we knew we had to get her one of her own. And we are so glad we did. On the newest sign, I opted to NOT get the remote. Since their rooms are side by side, I didn’t want to run the risk of interference with one of the remotes possibly controlling the other light. So I can’t tell you if that would be a problem or not. Also, our daughter has a vanity below her sign, (where I knew I’d hang her sign) and it’s the perfect place to mount the hard-wired switch. Worked out beautifully. The first sign with the remote control, has a TON more settings / features / adjustability. Like, a ton. There’s probably 50+ dimmer setting levels on that one. On the new blue sign, with the standard hard wired in-line switch, you only have 4 settings. Off. Low. Medium. High. But for her, it’s just fine. And again, I wanted to avoid the risk of remote interference between the 2. Sorry for the long review, but when I was buying the first one earlier this year, I didn’t see any detailed reviews, especially ones that gave pros and cons on remote vs no remote. So here ya go! 10/10 highly recommend! (In the attached pictures, the blue sign is on medium, the red sign is almost as dim as it can get. Trust me, at full “volume,” they’re both PLENTY bright haha.

the best neon/LED signs i’ve purchased! had the first one made for my gamer boyfriends b-day & he LOVED it! i also loved it so much i bought one for my gamertag too 💅🏼 once my vanity area is ready im going to get ANOTHER light! 10/10 recommend! shipping took a lil bit (maybe a week or two) but worth it! let this review convince you to buy one! ♡

i ordered 8 custom signs, 5 of them stopped working after about 3 months, we would turn them on for about 4 hours each day, until one by one stooped working, they just go completely dead, i tried replacing the power adapter with no luck, had a professional electrician inspect our outlets and fuses and everything was working correctly on our end. I understand that after 3 months the warranty/return option is out of the question, but i did try to reach out to amazon and the manufacturer to see if maybe there was a solution of some sort or if they know exactly what the problem is so that i could fix on my own or pay someone to fix since they cost us a small fortune, amazon supplied a phone # but it just rings and rings with no answer. the remaining signs (3) that do light up only light up on the lowest option so not bright enough for what we need it for. My last alternative is look for someone that works on smaller electronics to hopefully bring back my signs to life. SO IN SHORT WORDS, (IN MY OPINION) STAY AWAY! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. shop locally at brick and mortar stores so that warranty and customer service is available to you with ease.

These are awesome! Very bright and vibrant. Love even more how they're mounted. Perfect for a child's room. Going to get more lol. (For whatever reason I can only click 4 stars on my screen. Not sure what will post but definitely 5 star rating!)

Have purchased this 2 times so far for dorm rooms. The girls love them. I love them. They look great and have held up so far (2 and 3 years strong). Satisfied with this purchase. Worth every penny!

Perfect, just what I wanted.

This item was well received by the child I gifted it to, as well, the parent and I were impressed with the result. Now her sister wants one! This design is the actual cursive writing of the nine year old child who was the recipient. The seller was proactively invested in the process of production.

I was super hesitant to order this from Amazon. Ive order neon signs from other places but they couldn't get the one I wanted to me in time, so I took a gamble. It came out perfect and was fast too! Definitely recommend!

This turned out so cool! And way cheaper than real neon! We did the battery and regular power option, worth the upcharge to have options! We got the remote, which we needed to control the brightness. The brightness is really intense but can be dialed down as needed. The size was exactly as I expected, and the overall quality is fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more of these! I even made an additional request for customization and they did it for me!

I contacted the seller about the plug being too small I tired plugging it in 3 times. 2 times it made a sparking out of the outlet. 3rd time was a very big spark and blew the fuse. I'm not reattempting to plug it in again. The seller keeps asking me for.photos of the problem I clearly said no I'm not pluging it in again. Then the seller requested a picture of the fuse. Although I changed it and desposed of the blown fuse. Seems like a waste of time even talking to the seller. I guess he ripped me off with a defective product. Do not buy.. will potentially cause a house fire. Very dangerous. Poor quality... The background is white with scratches all over it. And the light is extremely bright... Not recommended for household use or bedrooms... Or as advertised for little girls rooms. Horrible product. I'd give 0 stars if I could not to mention it's made in china.i thought it was a amazon Prime product

Was a Christmas gift for both my boys and they loved them. Can be very bright or dim, whatever they choose. Also had flashing effects of different speeds and patterns.
