I used the solution in my K=cup coffee maker and another older coffee maker. The solution effectively cleaned both makers. My water is well water and very hard and I was going to throw out the K=cup maker. After cleaning them they are working nicely.

I had never descaled my Keurig2. I searched for solution to use to descale my Keurig & I needed to change the filter. This package that I got had enough solution & filters to descale & change filter for 4 times. Price was very reasonable. I did a screen shot of the directions that was listed with this item. I followed it with each step. My Keurig had the coffee tasting so much better since descaling!! I highly recommend!!

great price and worked great, but run several more plain water through before making your next cup of coffee than the recommended amount. i filled and emptied the tank about 4 times before making a cup.

I have a Keurig 2.0. This worked perfectly. My reservoir had a ton of scaly deposits near the bottom and was impossible to get off by hand. I used half a bottle. I filled the rest of the reservoir up with water, then brewed the solution until the tank needed more water. I ran about 10 more tank fulls of just plain water through, to be on the safe side. All the scale came off of my reservoir and it looks brand new. The filter also fit perfectly. So far, I am impressed.

The solution worked great and was very straightforward and easy to use. The only complaint is that it comes with 4 "filters" and no instructions, I have no idea where to put these filters or what they're used for. It's not intuitive, normally I figure things like that out on my own.
