No sound
The item was working good up until lastnight..i ordered it on August 8th got it August 11th..and now on October 8th i get no sound whatsoever..and i cant seem to be able to reach the seller...it takes a few minutes to load movies but im fine with that..but not having sound is a bomb to me..anyone know how to reach the seller..

Acts up after a month or two
It worked for about a month or so and then started lagging, slowing down. Keeps loading. When powers off, it brings back to the same screen instead of rebooting. I have two boxes and both are doing the same thing and nothing has worked so far to fix it.I had to order a new one because there is no manufacturer number or seller contact info. The new box was missing the keyboard. Also has no contact information. Experiencing the same problem. What can I do?

Was not happy with this android box
Was not happy with this android box. The power adapter was not working and had to order a replacement. The Box itself was not as fast as the Amazon firestick when installing and running downloaded apps.

Trash don't buy stop being cheap like me and buy the Amazon box only one app worked (exodus) and it won't stop buffering don't waste your money
