it's pretty challenging and addictive for kids and adult. The machine is a quite small. But then it works fine. We can get prices out. It might be a little easier than the real machine, but challenging enough to keep playing. It depends on what toy you put in, if you put toys with plastic wraps, it is harder to grab. The setup is a breeze. You just open the bag and unhook the bag for the inner claw. Plug it in the USB. Can begin playing. Basically it's turn key with no setup other than unwrapping the plastic which is simple. We play for hours. Let's see how long this can last. Since it's plastic, I expect it to break after some intense uses just like all the other toys.

Item arrived not working. One of the knobs doesn't function. Little disappointed

It's a little smaller than I expected. It's about 1 ft tall and is a little hard to get prizes into. It's very user friendly though. We bought this for our 5 yr old who is obsessed with claw machines. His younger brother who is 3 has already figured out how to play it as well. In our experience the best prizes are dum dum suckers, smarties, and rings/bracelets. If it's much bigger than that, the claw can't grab it since it's small as well. Overall it's been a good purchase. It sits on our kitchen counter and the boys play it while I cook supper. It's a fun little distraction tool. Just a little smaller than I anticipated.

This product was bought early for a Christmas present and when my granddaughter got it, it didn’t even work. What a total waste of money and a piece of crap! I love Amazon, but don’t waste your time on this toy!!!!!
