What a great little spinner!!
My grandchildren turned me on to Fidget Spinners, and now I'm a collector. I don't use them as much as I compare the look of each one while still in the hand, its weight, any sound it might make while spinning, the look the spinner has while spinning, and the preciseness and length of the spin. This spinner did it all for me. I love the plainness of this spinner, (but see beauty in how smoothly and perfectly it is machined), that the only sound I hear is air, how there is no wobble, and that it spins for well over 6 minutes. There's something about this spinner that satisfies my sense of quality and perfection of design. I love that it is a mini spinner so it is easier for me to balance on my thumb or individual fingers and I'm learning to transfer the spinner from one hand to the other without breaking the spin. The brass middle has a slight roughness to it so my fingers easily hold on to it. Other people comment about bearings, etc., but I don't yet know much about that. I do know that this spinner has the smoothest spin of all that I own. My grandchildren and I evaluate each spinner together, and thus far, while they don't particularly love the look of this one (they like UFO's), they greatly admire it's perfect operation and functionality, and that it out-performs all their friends spinners. When I gave my grandson the opportunity to have any spinner I owned, he picked this one. A great spinner, worth every cent. I would buy again.

Crapshoot?
Arrived with stains/blemishes that won't come off. And apparently you can't return it either.

Seems like i got a dud.
Update: I feel like I was a bit too harsh on this spinner. It still sucks and leaving the 1 star but most people do seem satisfied with theirs so the odds are in your favor in getting one that isnt bleh. This spinner looks good but unfortunately it doesn't perform well at all. Out of the box it would make a grind like noise when spun and lasted at the most around 90 to 100 seconds. on table top. So I cleaned the bearing in 90% alcohol, dried it with an air compressor and was left with the same results. Turns out that the caps are scraping on the spinner body. I have to unscrew the caps about a quarter of the way to eliminate the noise but that leaves me with a wobbly spinner. Another thing I noticed is that one end was definately heavier than the other two. Gravity always pulled the same arm downwards. I've bought spinners for under 5.00 that perform so much better.I was hoping to treat myself to a higher end spinner but was left dissapointed. Money down the drain.Like any other spinner on amazon, the quality control isn't great and purchasing one is a gamble.

Overall it's a very nice spinner with a really good spin time and is compact, but again for the price it should be perfect.
The stainless spinner itself had a scratch on it and one of the brass caps had a small gash on the edge of it. Overall it's a nice spinner but with the cost compared to other spinners it should be perfect. I had purchased other spinners through Amazon and had to send them back do to problems. So I thought I would spend a little more money, in this case a lot more, and get a very nice spinner or as you call it a pro spinner only to be disappointed to get a scratched and gashed spinner. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts and I hope this little note helps your product and service in the future.

Good but could be better...
Like the title says is an ok spinner.I knew on my first spin that this spinner was going to be just ok.I have a decent collection (around 60) and have several spinners around the same price range, some a bit more expensive . The bearing wasmaking a lot of noise, no problem, i just cleaned the bearing and it felt smoother and quieter but not what i was expecting .It wobbles a little bit and after trying several bearings the problem still there.Definitely not the smoothest. For almost $40 there are a lot of spinners that feel and function much better than this one. Isn't a terrible product but it could be better for this price. .

Small in size, but big in quality
I was super excited to get this spinner in the mail! When I opened it the first thing I said was "awwww' I'm such a sucker for mini spinners, but the design on this is just great. It's only 1.5 inches tall and weighs around 55 grams. It's a really compact spinner, that seems like it would be great as a stealthy edc. While it’s tiny in size, the Q5 is anything but in performance. This little guy spun for a surprising 3 minutes. I popped off the caps (that are super nice by the way, but I'll get to that later) and it's using a stainless steel ten ball r188 bearing, which is the better version than the 8 ball. It spins really smooth and is quiet also. The spinner itself is composed of a stainless steel body, along with these super nice brass caps. The buttons are very well machines and have a swirling design that is actually etched into them or something so it gives them a nice grip. I liked the buttons so much I contacted Nomad edc about getting some separately for my other spinners lolOverall, I really like this little guy. I'm a fan of bar spinners myself, but I have a soft spot for mini's and this is a great mini tri. It's really easy to fidget with and comfortable no matter how you use it (flicks, pulls, stopping it in motion are all really easy)If you're looking for something on the go or stealthy to use in class or at work, this would be great. It's a really good value at $29.99, as the buttons themselves could sell for $10 I believe.Good stuff with this one Nomad, keep up the great work
