Simple solution that worked perfectly. Used 2 ten foot hdmi with one 15’ hdmi cable connected to AppleTV gen 3. I wanted to have two TVs for the monthly poker game. Electronically it all works great. I’m not even using the 5v plug. Very happy. ….. now I need to route some wires….

Does the job. Splits my laptop to two screens. Cheap and easy working from home.

First. I needed 2 of what I was looking for, which is what made me stop on this item. Because the main picture shows 2, as if you're getting 2. I knew it was not 2 before buying. But that was strike one of them being misleading and should have been my first red flag that they have poor customer service. But I read everything and understood it was only 1, so I ordered 2. Both me and my BF just started working from home, we both have two monitors with computers that only have one port. We wanted to use this so that we could utilize both of our monitors at the same time. Have an email up on the left screen while we have a word doc on the right, for example. That's not what this thing does at all. It will ONLY duplicate a display. When plugged in, in your display settings, it will still only show one screen, you cannot detect a second one and change it to extend, there is no second one. This is meant for a store or restaurant that want to display the same ads all over their building at the same time synced to the same source. This is NOT meant for anyone that wants to use two monitors/TVs at the same time to do different things.

I needed this for work and pricing them from brick-and-mortar stores was just insanity. The average cost was around $70! I was not about to pay that and figured there had to be an affordable option. This is exactly that! It works as it is supposed to, no static or connection issues either!
