Not cold sores issues so far and this is my end 2nd bottle
I take these 3 in the morning n 3 at night. They were great dye to not having insurance at the moment.

Effective Combination Treatment for Cold Sores – Works Quickly but Follow Medical Advice
I started taking Herplex Premium Tablets as recommended by my doctor to help treat my cold sores. To boost the effect, I used them together with Herpecin-L Pain Relief Treatment with Lidocaine, and the results were impressive. In just two days, the sores were completely dried, and the only thing left was a small scab — which, honestly, is the only downside for me. The sore doesn’t fully disappear; instead, it dries out and scabs, which causes a bit of discomfort, but that’s part of how the healing works. The Herplex tablets were very easy to take, and I had no side effects. I truly believe that using the tablets together with the topical Herpecin-L made a big difference. The pain and itching stopped quickly, and the healing time was definitely shortened. Pros: Fast-acting when used at the first sign of a breakout Dried the sores in just 2 days No side effects in my case Great results when combined with topical treatment Doctor-recommended, which gave me confidence Cons: The sore scabs instead of disappearing, which can be uncomfortable Requires consistency in both oral and topical use Oral medication should only be taken under medical supervision Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely consider this combination in the future if needed. Just keep in mind: do not use oral medications like Herplex without your doctor’s recommendation — always seek medical advice first.

Worthless medical product
I ordered this product to alleviate the burning and itching on my lip, after taking 24 pills it has not had any positive effects and appears to be worthless junk. I will be canceling my automatic replacement subscription to overcome my pain and hopes of avoiding further discomfort and wasting my money.

A tip that I do
So what I do is I take one every day or two days at random even without flares for some reason it keeps it down but then I haven’t had no flares since i take it regularly….so I recommend just take one every two days or two for the rest if your life it’ll keep it from flaring period
