How can these be considered healthy and keto when they have palm oil, wheat flour and sugar?!?

I think because you might be confusing keto with healthy? They have a low GI and there's nothing wrong with wheat if you aren't on a keto diet. For those of us looking for healthy (and not on keto), this works.

How are these gluten free when wheat flour is in ingredient list ?

The box of the Cookies and Creme does not say “gluten free”.
