Be usre you are using the right pot. Move the plug a bit. I was having trouble with that too. The current wasn't engaging. If nothing else contact the manufacturer

How many watts each electric burner have?

Look at the specs. But, on p the setting above 9(power boil). The two bigger on the side and middle are very powerful. This is my second induction stove and I like it better because the power and auto sizing of the burners.

Why do induction cooktops stop working so often?

I haven't had much issue with that. As long as your current is correct, the right pot and few surges all should be good. If it stops working contact the manufacturer.

Why is my food not cooked or heated properly?

One reason would be the induction pans are most likely incorrect. The other answer would be the induction burners are 4" approximately where the actual heating takes place on larger pans that may make it difficult it get difficult.
