It really works
I purchased this product in Nov 2024. Use it every week on so in the kitchen on the baseboards where mice use to dancing and dodge in and out constantly, now nothing. It's April 2025 and I have not seen any activity, thank God. Still can't believe it. I will continue to use this product. I've recommended it to others. I'm a very happy customer!

Too strong!
The product is stronger than I anticipated it to be. My eyes became very irritated and the smell was unbearable. I think that the product should be sprayed when no one is at home for about a week. I’m not sure that the friendly little mice is still in my home or has left. I haven’t seen any signs but they can be hiding out in a place where the mice spray can’t reach and when the stray scent dies down, here we go again. Mind you I have sticky tape and the old fashion traps laying in every corner of the apartment. They carefully removes the bait from the traps and waits for the next meal for them which is peanut butter and cheese! I’m so upset!!! Don’t tell me about the landlord/manager the exterminator is a waste! The stuff they use is so weak and on purpose! If they killed them they would be out of a job. I can’t afford to move. It’s either here or the projects!😢

Great Stuff
An exterminator told us about this product. Works great in an apartment rental I take care of. I spray the inside so they stop coming into the living space and then spray the outer perimeter after a few days. Afterward, I spray the outer perimeter every three months. I time it so there is no rain for a few days after spraying.

No repele
No repele nada puse el producto directo donde se encuentran los ratones pero no hace efecto siguen ahí como si nada me decepciona por qué este es una marca de prestigio pero con este producto fallaron

Good amount for the money. It will last a while
This stuff is fairly strong. When you spray this, you will definitely smell it for a little bit. With that being said, there was a no noticeable drop in the amount of mice. I caught in traps after spraying this. Be aware, I have a cat that will lick this right off of the floor. If you have animals, they might try to lick it.
