I usually use a different one from bucked up, and not the High Stim, but I was like why not cannot be that much different right? Wrong! It’ll definitely give you the energy the strength, all of the above. It was a bit strong for me, I don’t really consume caffeine anyway so I felt as if my heart was coming out of my chest. Good stuff, but good luck 😭

This is ONLY MY personal experience, but I haven’t taken pre-workout for over 2+ years since I was pregnant & breastfeeding for over a year. Once I was able to start taking pre-workout again, this was a great start, but surprisingly wore off quickly. I will take a WELL ROUNDED scoop now at 5am on a completely empty stomach, and I won’t feel a thing. Everyone’s tolerance is different, but I’ve only started taking pre-workout 2 months ago. I expected to use this entire tub of pre-workout & still get the high-stim itch, but will be needing something a bit stronger.
