I used Sally’s Beauty Supply Hair Removal Cream for 7 years until I ran out and bought it again. They completely changed their formula to make it smell better but it didn’t work anymore AT ALL. I tried this cream and it’s a slightly stronger (works in 4 mins vs 7 mins with the other product) but it absolutely does the trick! There’s always a slight burn for an hr or so afterwords and some light redness. So I’m the grand scheme of hair removal creams this hit all the high points: smells good, works well, works fast, clean application and removal.Tips:- don’t use on a freshly cleaned face. Slight oils protect your skin while still allowing the product to work.- don’t apply product afterwards for at least 4 hours. So at night works best.- you’ll have the least irritation if u do it the day after or many days after showering. And on a night where u didn’t have to wear make up that day.Love it, never want it to go away.

I don’t write many reviews but had to write one now. I have been using this product on and off since I purchased it and I am disappointed. I purchased it for my upper lip that I need to remove the fine hair from every few months and it simply didn’t work for me. I would constantly see hair after the application. I finally got fed up and purchased Nairs facial hair remover and it worked perfectly. All the hair was removed. I would skip this one!

When I first received this. I couldn’t wait to use it. I thought it was Nair. But it’s Nad's. So I left it my chin and upper lip for 5 minutes like the direction said. (This is when I first used it.) And it didn’t work. So I waited to use it again for a month cause I didn’t think that it would work again. This time I left it on for 10 minutes and this time it worked. I used a spatula that comes with my other hair removal. And it came off really good. I think I didn’t leave it on long enough when I first used it. I think I read the amount of time wrong. But I’m so glad that I didn’t have no irritation after. Now my upper lip and chin feels better.

I don't know if my facial hair is extra course or what. However, I used a generous portion on my upper lip and after 3 minutes it didn't work. I then upped the application time to 5 minutes or more and had some irritation on my top lip and no hair removal. I know use wax strips and they are working great.

Anytime i use this, it smells bad and makes my skin feel red and irritated, but it works well. the red immediately goes away after applying the moisturizer and it feels smooth and great! I usually only do it once or twice for ten minutes each time and it gets rid of the hair. I wish it smelt better, but I would recommend it.

It works, everyone. I'm a South Asian girl whose facial and body hair could rival most men lmao. I leave it on my upper lip for 10 minutes (absolutely no less) then wash off gently with a wet face cloth. It's not good to get this on the lips, but spreading enough thick cream at the very sides of my mouth without touching my lips is hard therefore there's usually a bit of hair I have to shave off with my derma razor. The soothing balm works well for that.Many other facial depilatory creams have left my skin irritated and almost bruised in its appearance, but not this. Note that the scent isn't the best. All hair removal products smell like rotten eggs, but Nads has tried very hard to cover that up. The typical scent we all hate is there, but it's quite mild. The entire time this cream was on my face, I was waiting for the scent to get worse. It's almost on par with Avon's "skin so soft" cream which is the holy grail for me. All in all I love this and will continue to purchase it until I can afford laser.

Attention lady's with Coarse hair like myself, this product will not work for you. I have left this product on for 13-15 mins (recommended time is 4 minutes not exceeding 10.) And it did not do much, I still had to pluck.I have found a product that does work for Coarse hair. The product is called "magic: razorless cream shave extra strength for Coarse beards". That's right lady's, for beards. Just tried it tonight, left it on for 4 minutes and took everything off. After washing the product off I did use the nads soothing cream after, so at least you can still use one out of the two products that comes in the nads box.

This product reminded me of the Olay duo facial hair remover. It’s the only one I used for a long time, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. So, I purchased this one instead and it didn’t disappoint. It was effective and I love the soothing balm you put on your upper lip after hair removal.
