Good product. Take note: they have taken the malic acid out of the 2 month supply. I simply reordered without looking and got a surprise. Malic acid enhances the absorption of magnesium in the body making it more bioavailable.

These capsules get stuck in my esophagus and give me terrible heartburn! I do take them with a huge glass of water and it still happens. Never had a problem like this with capsules so it’s definitely these capsules.
