If you are serious about saving energy/lowering utility costs, etc., this lamp is perfect. We had a Christmas "village" that took one 20 watt halogen bulb. Because of clear descriptions and the availability of being able to see electronic compatibility features, we had the same level of pleasant illumination and saved 18 watts to boot. Actually, the LED light level is better because the halogen was a little too bright, too piercing. These LEDs gave the cozy lighting we prefer. Also, it's two bulbs--not that I expect the one to burn out any time soon. It's LED!

I switched some lights from halogen bulbs to these led bulbs and they work great and look really nice too. None of my led lights seem to last as long as my old incandescent or halogen bulbs, but I'm happy to make the switch anyway to a more energy efficient option. Install, of course, was super easy. I can't speak to the lifespan of these yet, but I'm hoping they last. So far, Im really happy with these.

I used these LED bulbs to replace the halogens that came with my range hood. The bulbs came when they were supposed to, and were in good condition. They are as bright as the halogens and give off a nice light for LED bulbs. I do like the warm light of the halogen bulb better, but the trade off of less energy consumption is a good one. Overall very happy. **** Update **** Of the two lights on my exhaust vent I purchased in Nov 2016, one has begun to flicker and will need replacing. Originally 5 stars, but did not last as long as most other LEDs I have, so only 4...

These lights work for the halogens they replaced. Lights pretty good for such a small bulb

I had a hard time finding a bulb that worked with a 2nd fixture in my den. This bulb finally matches the light of the other fixture.

This is a revised review. I originally purchased a red set and green set (set = 2 bulbs) of these for some of my landscaping lights. One of the 2 green bulbs was very dim (useless) and the other 3 were bright. I originally rated 1 star because of this. The seller contacted me and corrected the problem quickly. I have now purchased a total of 8 sets of these lights (green, red & blue). I am extremely delighted in the operation of these bulbs and the holiday appearance of my landscaping lights. So, with the seller's corrective action and the operation/appearance, I have revised my review to 5 stars.

Did the job but how long will they last. This is a cheap Chinse made bulb I should have known better.

Worked as described. Replaced the bulbs in my Kitchler low voltage outdoor lights and they work perfectly. No difference in lighting to original Kitchler bulbs.
