To upgrade the m.2 ssd what specs should I look for and what's the highest amt of TBs it will support?

Acer has tested up to 1TB for an M.2 2280 SSD.

I got this laptop for Christmas and was wondering if you can get louder sound from the speakers because I have it at 100% and can barely hear videos
