High quality piece of equipment!
The #1 gripper is a high quality grip strength trainer. It's not really the beginner model, but if you have been working on your hands for a while, it is an excellent place to start with CoC products. The 'Expand-Your-Hand Bands' are also a great tool for training your grip. They are easy to incorporate into your routine and work great for providing some resistance to your finger extension. I can see how these Bands could be very useful in physical therapy. The 5 different bands allow you to easily control the amount of resistance. These things are really versatile and can be used for a wide range of exercises. Great stuff!
