I have suffered from CNH for several months. My dermatologist prescribed a cream to apply to my ear twice a day but warned the condition would not go away unless I changed my sleeping position. The cream helped a little but I still woke up in pain every morning. For physical reasons I can only sleep on my left side which basically causes a bed sore on my left ear. It took a couple nights to find the perfect pillow height and positioning but by the 3rd night I slept soundly with no pain! Within a couple more days the cream had completely healed the sore spot on my ear! I can now fall asleep within minutes instead of constantly repositioning my head to get closer. I have a large head and pretty big ears. The hole still fits my ear fine. Other reviews complained about the hole not being big enough. I assume they have multiple piercings or some other issue. This pillow is amazing!!! Note: it arrives by USPS mail in a thin plastic bag. Not protected at all. My bag and pillow had been slashed by something and the pillow has a 3” gash along a seam. Doesn’t hurt the cushioning at all.

Worked well for new ear piercings. I am a side sleeper and this took the pressure off having to worry about my ears. It wasn’t too thick that it caused my neck to be at an odd angle. Was comfortable enough to sleep on and definitely helped while my ears healed.

It works as advertised but the pillow is very very firm. Not soft at all but it does allow your piercings to heal. But sleeping on this pillow is not comfortable.

I highly recommend it if you’re a side sleeper dealing with piercings, inflammation, or general ear sensitivity. Sometimes a simple design change makes all the difference.

I received the Wuronsa Ear Piercing Pillow on time, and the packaging was fine. The covering for the pillow is very nice, and is well made. It comes with a zipper for removing to wash. The pillow itself is very well made also, and the hole is big enough for most I would think. But after laying it for a few minutes, it felt like a soft brick! I tried all night and the next, because I really wanted to end my pillow search. For the last 15 or so years, I have woken up with extreme pain in which ever ear I was laying on. I am considering restuffing with a less rigged stuffing. I hate giving a bad review when it's clearly well made. Hopefully with enough complaints, they'll change out the stuffing, or maybe offer two different firmness'.

I got my double helix and tragus pierced on one ear and am a heavy side sleeper and it was hard to fall asleep and this pillow relieves the pressure and pain on my ear to help me have a better nights sleep.

I have been working on my ear piercings gradually. Every week I get a new one. This pillow is the best to help you sleep comfortably during the healing process. It’s small but what I do is put it on top of my regular pillow. It’s nice and firm the way I like it but you can make it less firmer if that’s what you want. It stays cool. It’s made with good breathable cotton fabric. And I love the design I got. It’s pretty.

Worked well for my child's pierced ears!!! Stood up good in washer. Also used for my face when I was face down, so I could still breath. Awesome pillow good product nice price.

Too firm to use on top of another pillow, too soft to use it on its own. And mine doesn't have a zipper like advertised, must be a quality control issue. First time I'm going against so many positive reviews, sad.

Very comfortable to sleep on

For no particular reason my ears started hurting when I was in bed with my head on a pillow. I’m a side sleeper and couldn’t make the transition to sleeping on my back. I didn’t even know these existed so was pleasantly surprised to find them when I searched. I’ve been sleeping comfortably since I got this. I just put it on top of my pillow and there is no pressure on my ear.

The pillow is small but very comfortable to sleep on especially for your ear piercings. I had to watch videos to find the best and this one a few people recommended it but I’d say this is the best option cause no matter if you move your not gonna hurt your earring.
