I picked up the GHOST BCAA in the Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry flavor and it did not disappoint. The taste is spot on — sweet, sour, and actually enjoyable to drink during workouts. I love that it delivers 7g of BCAAs per scoop and includes Astragin for better absorption. The fully transparent label is a big plus too — you know exactly what you’re getting. Great for sipping during training or throughout the day for extra recovery support.

I have these BCAAs on subscription every month, and I’m seriously never without them. The flavor is so good — not too sweet, not too artificial, just really easy to drink. I actually look forward to mixing it in with my water during workouts or even just throughout the day. They dissolve well, no weird clumps, and they make staying hydrated way easier. I’ve tried other brands before, but I always end up coming back to this one. Definitely worth keeping on subscription!

Totally a well made item. The flavor was spot on and not overwhelmingly sweet like others that I've tried. Definitely a great addition to my creatine for daily use. Totally hydrating and packed with recovery energy. Great value and a cool blue color.

Tastes pretty good, but extremely sweet

So far I’ve used this maybe three times and I really like it. It doesn’t give you that itchy tingly feeling that products like C4 do. I go into the gym and I’m lifting like crazy after having taken a break for a while. It is sour like it says, which is kind of fun, but it does leave your mouth blue with the blue raspberry flavor. Doesn’t come out with swishing around water, but comes right off when I start to chew some gum (probably Should mention that I dry scoop). I don’t feel any negative side effects and it doesn’t keep me up for hours after either which I Really like. I don’t feel like I need to gulp down a bunch of Water either.

I purchased the blue raspberry to be my pre workout because I've been loving the cans for years now because they are the healthiest energy drinks. And wow I am impressed it taste so smooth no where near as sour as the can versions. Great pre workout for gains. Ghost is the 🐐 when it comes to energy and pre workout.

Taste ok, but I feel like it doesn’t give me the effect I was wanting taking pre-workout. Other workouts makes me feel like my energy is up to par, this is it’s strong as the others.

I love this stuff and can't go a day without it! It's a bit expensive but I need it lol. The smell is a little strong and you have to make sure you mix it really well otherwise there can be some powdery stuff at the top. The flavor is so good, pretty sour but I love sour. I always feel so much better after drinking this.
