While doing neti, the pressure of the water should be stable. Meanwhile this pot has a big holes in it, the water flows very fast and you feel burning sensation in your sinus. So definitely go for it if you can tolerate it but a small hole pot would keep the mentain the water pressure in your sinus. It's all up to you.

Thus neti pot is superb. I m using this from last couple of months.. koi problem nahi hai.. light weight hone se neti karna aasan hota hai..
