The problem with this dispenser is that the inside surface is too tacky / sticky, which causes the roll to get hung up and prevents smooth dispensing of new bags. I didn't really even realize how bad it was at first, but I bought three different kinds of these dispensers, and once I realized the Primal Pet Gear's Holder had a "slippery" inside surface which makes dispensing bags effortless, I couldn't tolerate using the frustrating Waggin Tails one anymore.I just bought some teflon spray, and I'm going to try to spray the inside of the bag to make it slippery, and see if I can make it function as well as the Primal Pet Gear bag, because Primal Pet Gear's holder only comes in ugly colors and I really prefer all-black.

It’s nice and sturdy on one hand, but very difficult to get the bags threaded and has a high friction on the inside. You’ll get one bag out, and you can’t get the second one because it doesn’t move freely within the inside. You’ll unzip, pull another bag through, and repeat the process.I eventually swapped it out for one that was entirely plastic and it’s muxh easier.

Hands down, one of the best purchases for my dog gear. Attaches firmly to my climbing rope leash, and has plenty of room for a roll of poop bags, my keys, and a dog treat or two. Stays in place when we run or hike, dries out quick when it gets wet, and the zipper has good, clean stitching. More than a few friends have asked about and they've ordered one. When - or if - this one wears out (or I get a second dog..) I will definitely buy again.

The bags are a little bit hard to get out of the dispenser and kinda get jammed. But it's not the end of the world... at least you can easily unzip the top of the pouch and get the bags out that way. The velcro straps also aren't able to get tight enough around the leash so it slides down unless I clip the little keychain part to the handle of my leash. It works but I wish the velcro could hold up on its own.But the quality is good and I'm happy with my purchase!

Poop bags constantly gets jammed in the dispenser. Very irritating if you have to take bags out of the dispenser every time you need one cause its jammed in there. Will never buy this type of dispenser again. Bought earth rated bags with dispenser for $3.99 & went through the roll of poop bags without any jams. The $3.99 dispenser works a thousand times better that Waggin Tails.

The slot to pull out the bags is slightly too small. Also, it slides up and down on the least, and the Velcro gets snagged on things all the time despite attempts to make the sides line up as perfectly as possible. Otherwise, it's great!

It works well for its purpose. I like that you can attach it to the leash if there’s no place to clip it. The reason I give it two stars is because it’s too heavy and bulky. It weighs the leash down and it’s jusy a big bulky bag. I wish it was smaller. You could fit two or three poop bag rolls inside.

At first I liked it. It was convenient and all, but the poop bags got hard to take out because inside the pouch the poop bags moved around freely (as opposed to most poop bag dispensers they rotate on a axis kinda like toilet paper has the cardboard hole in the middle so it spins uniformly.) This dispenser does not have that and make it hard to take out bags. Besides that, the velcro was losing its stickiness and I have only had it for less than a month. It was cute at first, but not very useful to me anymore and I have had to buy a new one.
