Very strong but delicious flavor, gives a nice thick pump
The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing. I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you've ever had. Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!

Great taste. Great pump.
Product mixes well. Taste like peach Snapple. And gave me a great pump the fist time I used it. I’m 6-0 198 lbs. Have a good diet and train 3-4 times a week. I felt the pump on my first set. I don’t do well with caffeine or stim products so this was a great product for some one like me who is sensitive to caffeine. Will update as the weeks progress. But first impressions are 10/10.

Tried this for the first time. Flavor is good, no stim so it doesn’t make me itchy and jittery.

You can feel the difference.
I mix this with orange juice. It taste real good and mixes well. You feel like your blood is moving better. Nitric oxide must be a key component. Other companies want me to try theirs. But I'm getting a good result with Ghost. Peach is yummy mixed in orange juice. You won't be disappointed.

I like this pre workout. Peach flavor is great and mixes up well. I work out at night and this gives me energy but not so much I can’t sleep.

Disappointed
Has absolutely no get up and go to it. I have lost all “wind” after taking this product. One scoop l, two scoop it didn’t matter. I quit my workout twice bc I in fact had even less focus than before taking it. No boost of energy
