Q: Is there a seam in the toe area?

Yes, there is a seam on top of the toes.

Q: Did any one feel like it was sort of like compression sock that they made your foot feel pressure?

Not at all for me. These socks are some of the best I have ever worn. The only thing that they could do to improve them would be to thicken the top back near the ankle so they resist sliding down towards the heal. Not that that has been a problem.

Q: Can these be Machine washed and Dried in Dryer ?

Yes - I have had these for 6+ months - wash and dryer every week as they are worn exclusively in the summer month. They are still in great shape and offer superior support in comparison to other brands Will purchase again
