after reading the reviews of this multivitamin pill, i decided to give it a try! it's been around two weeks since i'm taking them and i notice a difference on my energy levels and also endurance from going out and about. Taste isn't too strong and even tho the pill itself it's pretty big, it is actually lot easier to swallow it then it appears. Definetly recommend for anyone around 40 years of age.

Was having mutiple issues as I was recovering from a brain tumor removal. Started taking these to go beyond the medicine I was given by the Doctor. Since taking it, I am less worried, stress down, relaxe easier. More alert and less fatigue. Please realize these are only my particular results, just wanted to share. Male-267 pounds, 6"4, 51 years old. Brain tumor was not cancer.

I have been taking the vitamins daily for the last 6 months and feel like these have been helping me keep my energy up. I had been taking the rainbow lite vitamins but they didn't always give me a sense of feeling healthy. With the swisse products, if i havent taken them in a day i feel like I can tell the difference. It super helpful that they are a one a day. The only main downside is that they are vitamins and like most vitamins outside of flintstone ones they aren't the best tasting. However they do give me plenty of energy and make me feel actually healthy. These are great products I will definitely continue buying these.

With heavy weight lifting, this has all the natural ingredients I like, and in one pill. Makes it easier to track how many I've taken as you o my take one per day. I've been taking them for 3 weeks now and feeling great.

I have read much on this product pros and cons . Many complain they smell bad , doesn't bother me . Others say they make them sick . Or exaggerate symptoms of sickness to issues they never experienced before . My thoughts to this is are they following directions on the bottle . I took 2 tablets 1st dose , urine turned strong yellow . direction is to take 1 a day . Other comments are of severe issues , again are people following directions as to when to take that 1 pill a day . With a meal or immediately after . If the pill doesn't work stop taking it . Don't take it for a long time then tell how it doesn't work . I.ve been taking this product about 3 weeks . With its combination of vitamins they seem to be helping me . Energy level better , less stress , the day actually goes smoother . I'm almost 63 , male , retired with disability . It isn't a quick fix but it does enhance my issues in a positive way . I don't take any prescriptions for my ills that way does me no good , they are not help to me . I believe in vitamins in the right usage , they do good when taken the way they are supposed to be used .

I ordered the one in the picture they advertised and by right should get either one of those but I got the one in first picture take by me. A bit disappointed but i know this is a good product as i have used it for years.
