I ordered XL because that was the largest they offer. I my hands are not that big but this XL is a tight fit. I think they are a decent glove. There is palm padding and it does help if if you're not benching over 315lbs. But then again almost anything is better that your bare hands at 375lbs. I don't see how people keep gloves for more than 3 months unless you rinse them out after every workout. My hands sweat when I workout hard and these gloves will start to stink like all the others. But you can rinse them, you'll lose a little dye each time. But that's fair. I just don't like going through that after every workout. I wish they would make a glove that doesn't absorb sweat.I really don't have anything bad to say about these gloves. They are still holding up. They are small so order big. I would recommend buying XL if you are a male. If you're over 6'2" these gloves won't be large enough. That just my opinion.

TL;DR - the palm sizing chart on the Description is correct but your fingers need to be small and your palms need to be short to fit into these well. Feels like they used exclusively women hand models to size them.UPDATE: Dropped another star after some use, the stitching is of poor quality and while it has held together so far, there are some clear vulnerabilities and I wouldn’t be surprised if they came apart after a month or so.Full Review -I purchased these gloves because they are one of the few on Amazon that have fuller fingers, which I need to avoid rough callouses all up my fingers when doing pull ups and barbell lifts routinely.The shorter finger gloves were just not going up the finger far enough. These do that fine, but the fitting is not very good, at least not for my hands.I am only 5’11” and a measured 8.5”circ palm but ordered XL since the reviews said they ran small.XL is a little roomy in the palm circumference but the gloves don’t even reach my wrists, they are real short. The velcro is at the bottom of my palm.I believe if I ordered Large the palm would be a tighter fit but the rest of the glove would just be too small.Not to mention, I have long, slender fingers, but the finger sleeving is still very snug. Most men have stubbier fingers than I, and this simply wouldn’t fit them (certainly not comfortably) at all.All that said, they seem to be of decent quality, and despite being a slightly awkward fit, will serve their purpose. I look forward to my hands not appearing as I ran my fingers over sandpaper for an hour after my workouts.

I’d go big. I got the XL and it fits great. Looks well made. Used it a few times so far and I’m happy with them.

I used cycling gloves before these and the cycling glovers were not long enough. These solved that problem with longer length and padding in places resulting in more reps with less finger pain/discomfort.

Flexible, breathable, but supportive. But runs small, you'll need XL if you're a guy
