Picked up some of this based on a recommendation from a random you tube video I didn't note at the time. Designed for bearings and so forth in RC and drone use. It's also excellent for use in tape decks, CD players. I generally clean up all the old existing lube first and clean all parts. This grease will work well with just about anything, but it's always a good idea to not just mix in new stuff with old. This product works fine for metals and most plastics. Comes nicely sealed in a foil tube and includes nice dispenser tip with cap.

Good product for reducing gearbox wear in my rc buggies. I use it sparingly. Less is more with this product. I use a small brush to apply a thin layer on my gears.

Expected quality from Tamiya products and worth every penny paid to get the right stuff, and not just 'any' stuff. I pride myself on ensuring the things I buy to use on my model are the genuine article, to promote efficiency and longevity of the model and also of its components, but also so I know it will last for the time that I expect of it. I rebuild my entire 1:14 scale trucks' gearbox and running gear every 30 to 36 months, I strip it down, clean, examine, and rebuild it, replacing any worn or damaged parts, if any are found. So using the genuine oils, threadlocks and greases, like on any real vehicle, is vitally important. I cant say anything more, other than, this is worth every penny spent and a tube this size (10g), lasts me about 5 yrs (2-3 rebuilds). It also comes with a narrow application nozzle and a applicator nozzle cap along with athe regular cap any tubed item has. That's the difference in qualiry and attention to detail of Tamiya over others products.
