EPIC PROVISIONS Sea Salt Beef & Beef Liver Bites, 2.5 OZ

I try to incorporate nutrient-rich foods like sardines, oysters, etc. in my diet regularly. But I’ve realized that I haven’t had liver - the ultimate, natural multivitamin - in months. I’ve been taking synthetic, gummy multivitamins instead, which are honestly inferior. I had a few squares of these. Tastes great, and for the first time in months I slept for 7 hours straight without waking up. That never happens! Why is it that when I look up liver snacks, I only see dog products? More companies need to make liver bites like this for humans, especially marketed as a yummy multivitamin. Really great for us ladies during our menstrual cycle too, with all of the iron.

Liver is definitely an acquired taste and a lot of people struggle with it, myself included. I try to incorporate it into my diet because it's so nutritious, and this is definitely one of the tastiest and most convenient ways to do it. I wish Epic sold bigger bags, I'd buy bulk bags of this.

Tender for jerky and the mix of beef and liver made it taste more meaty than too gamey, but it was too salty for me and gave me a weird mouthfield afterwards, felt like I had some film in my mouth afterwards

Definitely an acquired taste. Not for everyone

It’s a good tasting product and it’s not hard to chew like jerky. I just wish the sodium content was less, but I just take one or two. The recommended amount I believe is 4 to 5 but I’m on a low sodium diet. My daughter had first purchased them for me because I was anemic and then I have continued to buy them. They have a little zing to them, not too spicy just a little. I think that’s why I like them.

My new favorite snack. They taste great and are a healthy and good source of protein. I do wish they were a tad cheaper, as I would buy more often.

Satiated with less than a serving. More beef than liver ( sad 😔) Researched the company and found out it is now owned by General Mills. So that and the price point insures only a buy on sale if at all in the future, and a serious distrust of current ingredients and fully expect ingredient changes going forward in the interest of profit not why people bought this " Epic " product in the past.

I know these seem pricey but liver is so so good for you and my kids will eat these, even the pickiest 2 year old! Well worth it! Yes, they taste a little different but our modern tastebuds have gotten away from what real food tastes like. I hope you continue to stock these.
