Just finished tonight and absolutely am so proud of my accomplishment. This is definitely not for beginners as it takes awhile. It’s been over two months for me but I worked on it everyday for hours. Now my stitching isn’t the best as I just got back into it after twenty years. Some ratchet in-law stole my sewing kit but I digress... had an absolute blast with this project and after washing all of the ink came out perfectly after like ten minutes. Have to rewash and iron it before framing but it’s the best. Bought the Winter one for the next season and already started. Beginners can do this but since it takes a lot of time I wouldn’t suggest this kit. You really have to pay attention to detail but it is worth it in the end. I actually ended up with extra thread of every color and used two floss strands. Now I did go back over some stitches in the end because I wanted more of a pop with color. Especially with the trunk and the black. After you soak it the whole beautiful piece comes alive. Just love it and had so much fun doing it.

This is very easy to do if you want to learn to cross stitch or for a child. The pattern is printed on the fabric. Unlike a regular cross stitch patter where you have to count, it’s all laid out. If for some reason you run out of thread, you can go to your local art supply store and purchase extra.The only reason to a 4 star review, I wish the lighter colors (white, pale pink, etc.) had lighter background. For instance, the white floss, has a super deep violet-pink background. Where a red has lighter background.

First order was incorrect, ordered the autumn kit. What was sent was autumn directions, and color thread but summer printed fabric. The order for an Autumn kit. I sent back the order and had them send a replacement, unfortunately the replacement was just like the first order. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love this project! Especially love that there are all four seasons and can't wait to see them all together! Not quite finished with this first one... But almost!
