RMEARC-USB Remote Control for RME Audio Interfaces

I use this in combinatio with UCX II. One click profile selection is just so nice. Easy to set up.

I had to buy a video course to really learn TotalMix FX..It was so worth it because it is a very powerful software mixer even though it looks confusing at first. It becomes your entire monitoring mixer. I use it with my Babyface Pro for MIDI orchestration. Once I set up my presets in the software. it makes life so easy but clicking those tiny buttons and master fader with a mouse every time you want to change something gets TEDIOUS. That’s why you want the ARCUSB, it is a remote unit for TotalMix FX. I can control my volume for both speakers and headphones and switch mixes with a push of a button, plus dim output if you need it. Since TotalMix FX has loopback built in, you can instantly record any audio source on your PC (YouTube Vid, etc) right into your DAW. But it takes a bit of setup and routing, but once you do that and save the preset, it becomes a button-push on the ARC USB. And having that big rotary knob for your master control is so nice, and with a button-click you can switch between main and headphone output. It’s worth every dollar, that’s all I use now, I never touch the BabyFace Pro anymore, no need to.

Makes working with RME Fireface so much easier.

Whats not to like? Get it with any RME interface you get and you will be set for making changes to monitors audio levels,dims,change to another monitor set.

If you need a really good volume control for your time card buy this it's awesome.among other things very useful

It's good but I was hoping to be able to control fader group volumes with this unit but at this stage it looks like I can only activate or deactivate fader groups which isn't what I was wanting.
