Reliable Work Headset – Great Battery and Clear Mic
I picked up the Coosii H300 primarily for office meetings and working from home. Here is my experience after using them: • Connectivity: The included USB dongle is a game-changer. It connects instantly to my PC without messing with Bluetooth settings, though the Bluetooth option works great for my phone. • Microphone: The retractable mic is very convenient—I can hide it when I'm just listening to music. My coworkers mentioned my voice sounds clear, and the physical mute button is easy to find during calls. • Battery Life: The battery is impressive. I get through a full week of work (about 40-50 hours) on a single charge, so I don't have to worry about it dying mid-meeting. • Comfort: They are quite lightweight (about 8 oz) and the memory foam pads are comfortable for several hours, though they can get a little warm after a long shift. Verdict: This is a solid, budget-friendly alternative to more expensive office headsets. It’s perfect if you need a reliable microphone and the flexibility of both wireless and wired (3.5mm) connections.

Great product
I’ve been using these H300 wireless headphones for a few days now and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is clear and the microphone works great for calls and online meetings. I like that it comes with a USB dongle, which makes it very easy to connect to my laptop. The noise-cancelling microphone helps reduce background noise, so people can hear me clearly during work calls. They are also very comfortable to wear for long periods and the battery lasts a long time. Overall, this headset is perfect for work, meetings, and listening to music. I’m very satisfied with it and definitely recommend it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Sound, Comfort, and Value!
I’m really impressed with these COOSII H300 wireless headphones. The sound quality is excellent — clear highs, solid mids, and surprisingly deep bass for the price. Music, movies, and calls all sound great. The headphones are also very comfortable. The ear cushions are soft and fit nicely around the ears, so I can wear them for long periods without discomfort. The adjustable headband feels sturdy but still lightweight. Pairing with my devices was quick and easy, and the connection has been stable with no dropouts. The built-in microphone works well for calls and gaming, and the battery life lasts a long time between charges. Overall, these headphones offer fantastic performance and quality for the price. If you're looking for comfortable wireless headphones with great sound, I highly recommend them!

Good for games, not so much for talking.
It took a hot minute to find this kind of headphone specific to what I was looking for -- one without a 'dongle' attached to the headphone cord, wireless optional, low-profile or retractable mic -- and I'm glad I finally did. Overall, it's been a really nice headset over the last week of having it. My only real gripes is that the headphones themselves don't really have cushion on the driver; they cup over the entire ear and in turn the rim of the ear rests against/is compressed against it, and in turn it becomes uncomfortable/painful to continue wearing after an hour or so -- at least for me. Only other thing is the level of bass the headphones have is enormous compared to the mids and treble; resulting in a great sound experience for games or some music, but not so much for talking with others, as voices often sound muffled, and if you're in the realm of production for music or anything audio-sensitive it gives a false sense of bass leveling. The third gripe I have is with the little voice that plays when something goes on with the headset, primarily with "Low Battery" and "Microphone Muted/Unmuted"; it's just a little intrusive, it mutes the audio then plays the voice line, then goes back to audio. Which wouldn't be so bad except that for Mute/Unmute it makes a "push to talk" type approach very difficult where timing is important, and for "Low Battery" it repeats the line about every 4 minutes. Don't need it to happen that often; just once is fine, or replace the line in future revisions with a non-interruptive double-beep noise. As far actually using it otherwise, it's been a breeze. Right out of the box it's "plug and play"; turned on the headphones, plugged in the wireless USB dongle/adapter, and it immediately connected; and swapping between my PC (using the dongle) and my phone (using Bluetooth) is as quick and easy as pressing the pairing button for 3 seconds, as is using the auxiliary cord; plug it in, the headset immediately/automatically powers off if it is on and swaps to analog. The battery only takes about an hour and a half to charge, and lasts about two cumulative days (roughly 36 hours). All in all, 4 stars from me. Just wish the bass was a little lower, and the voice lines for Low Battery/Mic Mute were non-interruptive.

Light weight and very sleek
I use these headphones mainly for work calls and online meetings, and they perform really well. The sound quality is clear, and the retractable microphone makes my voice easy to hear without background noise. I like that it includes a USB dongle for stable connection with my laptop. They’re also comfortable for long use thanks to the padded ear cups. Solid choice for office work or remote meetings.

Not Suitable for a Call Center Agent
Firstly, let it be known I am working in a call center, so I am looking for a decent set with great sound quality and comfortable design. The headphones felt great and I loved the retractable mic! I had 3 main issues with it which have led to me returning my purchase: 1. I had 2 calls that I ended up disconnecting because I was talking and there was no response. Turns out my microphone was muted even though the status light was on, and I had previously been speaking fine. This was a major reason 2. Sound quality was not great. I'm not a sound expert by any means, but there was some reverb that made understanding callers difficult. This was a big factor. 3. The toggle between Bluetooth and USB was too delayed to be practical in my work environment, so I was unable to take advantage of this feature. That only minorly contributes to my return.

I bought this after I read that it has active noise cancellation. Turns out that the Mic is the noise cancelling part, not the headset. I should have known better. but anyway, the product is good and does as advertised.

I like the product as it is good quality voice, good plastic and fit in my budget. Over all sound quality is great and it works perfect for gamming, and online calls. Wireless feature makes it easy to use and charge time is very decent.

*2nd update - I received my replacement unit, and I have a couple of observations. 1) The mic doesn't mute when tucked in all the way, but my old one does. I think that's technically a fault with the unit since it's advertised to do so. It doesn't bother me personally, since I didn't care one way or another for the feature. 2) The plastic doesn't creak on the new unit when you move it around, but it does on the old one. I'm not sure if that's something that developed over the 9 months, or if this band is made of different plastic and now it's fixed. I'll leave it as a 4 star review since I do think it is a good product - the speakers are very good. The mic, I'm told is good and my coworkers can hear me fine (used for meetings for many hours a day), my ears are never sweaty and they're lightweight enough that I don't get a headache or discomfort from wearing them. The pads feel exactly the same between the old pair and the new pair, so they should last for quite some time. The new pair feels slightly tighter on the head than the old pair, but I'm sure it'll stretch a bit over time. I just hope the band holds up on the replacement. *1st update - customer support has offered a replacement even though it's outside the return window. Hope I just got a one-off the first time and the replacement is better.* Original review - I really liked these headphones, used them for hours at a time for work and playing at the computer, was able switch it over to my phone quickly and go for a walk outside with them. Unfortunately, after only 9 months of use, the headband broke unexpectedly in the middle of the band. They didn't even have a crack on them previously, otherwise I would have tried to patch it before it cracked. Not sure I'd recommend based on the lack of durability.
