Is it possible to have a 10m cable for the 0-5m range sensor?

Not sure that you are asking the right question. First the sensor has a sensitivity that limits it to how deep in the liquid it can be reliably used, based on weight of the liquid. The other is the length of the cable, which can be whatever you need, as long as the sensor is either just touching the bottom or just above if sediment is an issue. The cord can then be cut to fit whatever you need or lengthened. It is sending a 4 - 20 ma signal that this devices produces, the cable length being shorter is not an issue only when the lengths become over 1000 feet long does it start to impact ohms law V=IR. SP shorten the cable or use the device in a ten foot deep tank, not a problem in either case. I am using this to measure and control the water level in storage tanks, they work the same since the signal parameters become whatever they are and you label them whatever you want, 4ma = 0 level, and 20ma = full level.
