A good fire blanket, but because of the weight of the blanket it keeps falling out the bottom of the box. It could do with small clips on the base.

Something that you hope you never need but something that you wished you had purchased if you do need it. I have two entrances to the kitchen so I bought one for each. My local fire brigade provided training on their correct use and in so doing, took away the panic that you experience on discovering a fire. Buy at least one blanket and get some training in its safe use. It won’t stop a fire from starting but it will provide the tools to manage the situation safely. It will not turn you into an experienced fire officer so follow the fire safety rules of Get out, Stay out and Call the fire brigade out. Don’t take chances with fire.

This product is not fit for purpose as the weight of the blanket pushes the end cap out and the blanket falls on the floor. So cannot be screwed to wall. If you wish to return for a refund you will have £2.75 postage deducted .
