Works good for getting some sleep
Works good for getting some sleep, but not really something that stops snoring. I always had an issue with sudden biting as I woke, and that meant some cheek and tongue injuries. This helped stop that and meant I was in less pain at waking up.

ive had it for a bit and the Velcro comes undone and it stretched out
