5 stars with caveats
I really like this faucet and for the most part I have had good experience for price pfister products over the decades but since under spectrum brands control, some questionable design choices, instruction errors and installation difficulties plague many of their products and The Zanna is no exception. For one, proper installation absolutely requires plumbers putty - even though it explicitly states none is needed in the marketing material - so make sure you pick some up otherwise it will not seal tight against the countertop. The instructions in the box indicate to apply a bead of putty under the washer (part D) to create a countertop water barrier. There is an instruction error indicating the incorrect use of part D if using the 3 hole deck plate, which means you may not need putty if using the deck plate (I did a one hole installation and didn’t even check if the deck plate has a rubber gasket, eliminating the need for putty.) Lastly, I’ve seen faucets of far lower quality use simple installation fasteners. Glacier Bay (Home Depot brand) uses a tool less compression fastener to tighten the shaft under the sink against the counter by hand. Pfister uses a gasket-washer-nut in series and a plastic installation tool to compress all that against the countertop hole. It’s a decades old design choice while every other tier-1 brand has moved forward with simpler components. This is more disappointing than anything…just don’t lose the included installation tool or you will be really fighting to get a wrench in an awkward spot to uninstall down the road.Aside from the installation component, the aerator is what seems to be a 1.5gpm flow rate, though it is indicated at 1.8gpm. I believe the 1.8gpm applies to the shower setting, not the stream setting. Anyway, at 1.5gpm there is some substantial splashback in my sink, which is curious becuase the previous faucet was 2.2gpm, but on a cache jr not a Tom Thumb aerator size. The increase diameter and shape of the stream in faucets with larger aerators are just superior to these tiny diameter streams because too much energy is in a small stream like a squirt gun. My only solution was dropping to a 1.2gpm aerator, as determined through a $15 multipack of aerators that included everything from sub-1gpm to 2.2gpm Tom Thumb sizes.Interestingly the 1.2gpm aerator is standard in the California market model as required by code. They should have just made it standard across the board as the difference in flow is indistinguishable other than at 1.2gpm there is, at least in my sink, no splashback.Anyway, those are the negatives. Simply put, everything else about this thing is positive. The water hoses are plenty long, the installation is straight forward, the quality is very good and the design is fantastic. And since the negatives are all correctable for a diminutive amount of money, it’s hard to dock it any stars.Fingers crossed this isn’t plagued by some of the recent cartridge failures that have been an issue under spectrum brands. Fortunately I won’t know for many years because that’s how long they generally last before they crack. Pfister will ship you a free replacement, but in my last experience requires proof of purchase and may even charge shipping. Moen is no questions asked. But that’s another topic because some Moen faucets are not all they’re cracked up to be. However I think their shower valves are the best in the industry.

Great kitchen faucet!
This was a breeze to set up. I have zero plumbing experience and was able to get it installed in 45 minutes by carefully following the included instructions. It works great and has held up well with frequent use. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on how great it looks. The soap dispenser doesn’t work as well, getting air bubbles in it frequently, but does not take away from the overall 5 star review.

Stunning
This is the best looking faucet ever. It looks so sleek and elegant against our black sink. It was very easy to put together. I love the fact the buttons are not in the front. I also love you can install the soap pump as close or as far as you want. It has great pressure. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great looking faucet with great functionality. Very well made and designed.

Very nice faucet - Quality built.
Faucet was very easy to install. Really like the high squarish type curvature compared to the half round type as most faucets have. I can now use my sink for large pots without having to tip them to the side to clean or fill with water etc. Some has commented about where the control handle sits - please note there are groves where the faucet spout sits in (when using the deck plate) every quarter turn there are groves so you can basically have the faucet handle positioned to where it suits you the best. I choose the standard layout with it to the right side and the control dropping to the front. The sprayer function works well, I was concerned about it being a little sprayer head and pressure, not the case plenty of pressure. For me this faucet works for my needs and the quality I feel should last for many years. Pfister is mid range price and they do make quality faucets I would say just as good as the higher priced brands. .

A solid piece of hardware...
This has been installed on our kitchen sink for about 5 months. Love the water pressure! Significant increase over our previous model.Price was worth the cost for the easy install.Cleans easy by just wiping it down. Install was super easy. Hardest part was removing the old faucet. Height of the faucet is great for washing and filling larger pots. Easy to use for my severely arthritic mother or my 9yo son. Would absolutely buy this again. Magnetic fittings are remaining tight. Still looks as sharp as the day it was installed.

Modern, solid, high quality faucet
This faucet is beautiful and the stainless finish perfectly matches the new sink we got. It took me less than 10 minutes to install prior to setting the new sink in place. All the parts appear to be high quality, the handle and spout move effortlessly and the sprayer pulls out and retracts with ease. Love this faucet! Highly recommend.
