Can you wear this arm cast cover and go into the water to cool off let go swimming?

The last thing you want is to get water under the cast. I think that you could go into a pool if you were careful. I wore mine to shower and had no leakage. I'm not medically trained -just another user.

Is this for Right or Left arm?

It works for either hand. Just rotate it when you go to put it on so the thumb is up. Works well, keeps out the water. You need someone else to stretch it open so you can slide your arm in and out. I could not do it alone.

how do you remove the cover without pulling off the cast?

This cast cover can easily slide on arm cast. No need for tape or straps. Easy to pull on / pull off without worrying about cover tear up.
