These are the only things that help with my anxiety! I have used them for years and will continue to purchase them!

They actually work. Only thing I didn’t like was I had a little skin irritation from the stickiness. But would definitely use again.

My thoughtful daughter bought the selection pack for me one Christmas. I’ve been ill since January and it’s July now. I’ve used them, particularly the ones for stress, the ones for relaxation. I think they work. I wish I knew after putting one on, a targeted time it would last for, as what they suggest on the package does not accurately predict it, for the unique individual. I did buy more and I recommended them to my friends. Because I got on a lot of meds, I considered it wouldn’t be prudent to mix herbs in, so I’m erring on the cautious side. Yes, I’d buy the specific ones I wanted again. But I regret the very big price, that would have to have to make me budget them in, they’re so expensive. Also, nothing in any literature I perused, answered my question about combining herbs and Rx. I knew I shouldn’t mix herbs with oral Rx IRL. I didn’t feel up to calling the source directly, nothing I saw suggested I couldn’t. I may have been able to get the answers to my questions. They deserve their stars at the Amazon site.

I currently take anxiety medication. I find these patches to be effective for me even being on a benzo for yrs. I use them when my medication is out. My CVS is always out of my medication. My anxiety is BAD! I have the tingling, sometimes it feels like I can't breathe. But personally I use two, one on each wrist. And I'm able to manage with prayer lol😊

Idk, think it may have freaked me out some. I have anxiety so thought I’d give these a try and my mom gets a little freaked out before flights so I gave her one before her flight.. don’t think she had the same experience I did. I couldn’t wear it long. Idk I just had to take it off made me feel a little more anxious. Even cut it in half. Irritated my skin a little but not like I saw in some of the reviews. Not worth what I paid.

A bit pricey it seems sometimes they work and sometimes not

Not sure if it is placebo or what, but it gives me peace of mind and I love it. It’s hardly noticeable and my go to for any social outings. Wore on my wrist at a wedding, and if anyone notice they didn’t say anything. Blends in with my skin tone easily, but I can see how that wouldn’t be the case for all.
