Fonctionne à merveille. En retirant le déboucheur, le poids du socle fait en sorte que ça s'ouvre sans monter du plancher. Le couvercle demeure bien ouvert et remettre tout en place fonctionne exactement selon la description. Et ça débouche.

The lid does not close on its own. It does for under the sink, which is nice. It's also nice that the plunger is contained and hidden in its own compartment. But why does every smell so bad??? Everything smells like rotting, cigarette smoky, burning rubber!

I used it four times - gently I might add - and it broke. I've never heard of a plunger breaking, before in my life. Now it can't perform its function because the air escapes through the giant gash and it can't bend correctly either.

As far as toilet plungers go, this is a good one. I like the cover so it looks nicer in the bathroom. I just wish the cover was thicker, it's kind of flimsy. But, you don't have to touch it, so that's a plus.
